1. SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days Monday - Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. In periods of high order volume, shipments may experience delays of a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay in shipping your order. Please be aware that shipping times may also be affected by holidays or weather-related issues.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so there is a limited window to correct any address errors. If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@teeutopia.com to update it.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package. No restocking fee will be applied, but the customer will need to cover the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Tee Utopia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the local authorities and your carrier for further assistance.

5. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of your order and must be settled with the local customs office.
